Representative Williams gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on          
CSHB 198(FIN) (page 1416).                                                     
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Williams moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
reconsideration of CSHB 198(FIN) be taken up on the same day.                  
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 198(FIN)                                                
An Act relating to regional dive fishery development associations             
and to dive fishery management assessments; and providing for an               
effective date.
